About the Role

Nimi is looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand our reach globally.This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, and closing deals with high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present Nimi’s services and convert leads into customers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure
  • Maintain basic records of leads and conversations

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in IT Industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, or similar sales channels
  • Results-oriented attitude
