Business Analyst (Intern)

The Business Analyst Intern will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting business and technology teams to improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support data analysis and report preparation
• Help map and improve workflows (current-state vs future-state)
• Assist in preparing presentations and stakeholder documents
• Support user stories, BRDS, and functional documentation
• Collaborate with technical and business teams
• Assist in testing/validation (UAT support, checklist-based validation, defect logging)

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation tools
• Good written communication and documentation habits - Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Preferred Extras:

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
• Exposure to Agile or product development environments
