We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Support Engineer / System Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and to support the client base.

- Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting & R&D Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Administration and Managing IT Systems & Network Infrastructure
- Maintain Security Best Practices and compliance of the IT Landscape
- Evaluation, Planning and implementation of IT/ ITSM systems
- Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers & SLAs
- Administration of Backup Procedures
- Manage & Maintain End User Computers, OS's and Device Management Install, Configure and troubleshoot Hardware & Software
- Experience in Working and managing in Google Workspace or 0365
- Helpdesk, L1/L2 Support Experience
- Experience in Windows, Linux Platforms, GCP/Oracle/AWS Cloud Infrastructure, VMWare Virtualization platforms, Backup solutions, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, Proxy, AD, firewall configuration
- Programing Knowledge in PHP/MYSQL, Python, Java, Angular/React, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS would be an added Advantage.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in System Administration & Support
- Certification in Google Workspace/Google Cloud/Microsoft/Linux/Fortinet/CISCO/O365 would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
