GIT Lanka is a rapidly growing IT solutions provider delivering custom software applications, ERP systems, mobile apps, and cloud-based solutions. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell GIT Lanka software solutions to businesses
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the technical team to understand client needs
- Manage inquiries from calls, emails, and digital platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT, or related field
- Experience in software / IT solution sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of software products and digital solutions
- Strong business mindset with a growth-driven attitude
