Job Description:

• Role Summary: As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate solutions to customer queries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
