We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our global client in designing and automating workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, performing basic platform administration, and supporting ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Propose, suggest, and implement improvements while taking ownership of assigned products, modules, and deliverables • Create and support dashboards and configure appropriate tables
• Work on new ServiceNow implementations, scripting, and development
• Use ServiceNow Flow Designer to design and automate workflows (essential)
• Perform foundational ServiceNow administration, including catalog management, user roles, and CSDM
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles (a plus)
