Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join their team in Sri Lanka.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Able to translate business needs into functional Odoo specifications.
• Skilled in writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience validating delivered features with clients to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Act as the bridge between clients and development teams, facilitating clear communication and smooth delivery.
• Recent Odoo Functional Certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English to collaborate with onsite teams in the EU.
