We are seeking a Tech Lead – AI & GenAI Solutions to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using services from hyperscale cloud providers. Drive technical leadership across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI capabilities aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative Al solutions using hyperscale cloud platforms, ensuring they align with business and technical objectives.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact Al capabilities.
• Architect and implement cloud-native AI/ML and GenAl solutions, leveraging foundation models and advanced cloud services.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Al and GenAl projects, ensuring quality, security, compliance, and timely execution.
• Build, optimize, and integrate data engineering, ML pipelines, and GenAl workflows across cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
• Develop and enhance GenAl applications including chatbots, copilots, RAG systems, automation tools, and industry-specific Al assistants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Al-driven solutions and technical architectures.
• Mentor, guide, and support engineering team members while encouraging best practices and continuous knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering; 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with at least one hyperscale cloud ecosystem (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud).
• Skills in Python, AI/ML frameworks, LLMS, RAG, prompt engineering, model tuning, and vector databases.
• Preferred certifications: Cloud AI/ML, Data Engineering, Solutions Architect, or GenAl certifications.
