Job Description:
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer complaints and service-related concerns, ensuring timely, effective, and professional resolutions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong customer relationships, safeguarding the company’s brand reputation, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and service inquiries through various communication channels
- Ensure prompt investigation, resolution, and follow-up of customer issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service and product-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and resolutions using CRM systems
- Identify recurring issues and provide insights for continuous service improvement
- Deliver professional and customer-focused communication at all times
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling
- FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer issues effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
