Job Description:

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer complaints and service-related concerns, ensuring timely, effective, and professional resolutions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong customer relationships, safeguarding the company’s brand reputation, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and service inquiries through various communication channels
  • Ensure prompt investigation, resolution, and follow-up of customer issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service and product-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and resolutions using CRM systems
  • Identify recurring issues and provide insights for continuous service improvement
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused communication at all times
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling
  • FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer issues effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
