Travel AI is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented IT Coordinator Intern to support our system operations, client coordination, and development team activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and QA the Travel AI system and report bugs or issues clearly
  • Add and update client, vendor, product, and booking data in the system
  • Support the development team by checking completed features and collecting requirements
  • Assist with client onboarding and basic system guidance
  • Follow up on client payments, booking payments, and payment records
  • Handle client messages and provide timely updates through WhatsApp, email, or calls
  • Maintain simple reports, documents, and system-related records
  • Help ensure daily operations run smoothly across Travel AI platforms

Requirements

  • Interest in IT, software systems, digital platforms, or travel technology
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or admin systems
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify issues
  • Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work with a team
  • Experience is not required; training will be provided
