Junior Project Manager – Support Engagement

What you need to do
- Manage and assign support tickets within SLAs.
- Act as main customer liaison and handle escalations.
- Coordinate with Power Apps team for quick resolutions.
- Track progress, ensure quality, and maintain documentation.
- Suggest process improvements.
What we need
- 1–2 years in project coordination/management.
- Excellent English communication.
- Strong organisational skills; able to work under pressure.
- Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
- Project management education/certifications preferred.
