Junior Project Manager – Support Engagement

What you need to do

  • Manage and assign support tickets within SLAs.
  • Act as main customer liaison and handle escalations.
  • Coordinate with Power Apps team for quick resolutions.
  • Track progress, ensure quality, and maintain documentation.
  • Suggest process improvements.

What we need

  • 1–2 years in project coordination/management.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong organisational skills; able to work under pressure.
  • Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
  • Project management education/certifications preferred.
