About the Role

ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD is seeking a motivated IT Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growing digital solutions portfolio. This paid internship is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking real-world exposure to IT sales strategy, digital marketing execution, and client engagement within a fast-paced professional environment.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams, gaining hands-on experience in business development, campaign execution, and market analysis.

Core Mission & Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement

Assist in communicating with potential and existing clients to effectively promote and position our digital services.

Sales Lifecycle Support

Support lead conversion through meeting coordination, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.

Marketing Campaign Execution

Contribute to planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.

Content & Social Media Coordination

Support content scheduling, publishing, and brand consistency across digital channels.

Market & Competitor Research

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare sales reports, marketing content drafts, presentations, and maintain structured sales records.

Qualification Requirements

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT, or a related field
(Final-year undergraduates preferred)

Language Skills

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Digital Knowledge

Basic understanding of sales funnels, digital marketing concepts, or IT services.

Tool Familiarity (Bonus)

Experience with CRM systems, social media analytics, or project management tools is an advantage.

Operational Skills

Ability to manage documentation, track leads, and coordinate tasks efficiently.
