RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Conduct regular internal and client-facing progress review meetings; document and follow up on key actions and decisions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and manage project team members, including internal resources and external consultants.
• Ensure all project artifacts, documentation and deliverables meet organizational standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Director Projects to maintain project governance and delivery excellence.
• Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate a strong client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation projects.
• Exposure to or working knowledge of Manage Engine for IT service or project tracking.
• Project management certification such as PMP is beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience managing multiple IT or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong proficiency in at least one project management tool such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or ClickUp (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
