Juniper Group is looking for a dedicated professional to manage our travel website and customer communications. This role requires strong coordination skills, customer handling experience, and a solid background in travel, tourism, or hospitality. The ideal candidate should be flexible, responsive, and available to handle inquiries as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and update the company travel website and related content
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with travel partners and service providers
- Ensure timely responses to customer messages and booking requests
- Maintain accurate booking records and reports
- Provide customer support with availability to respond as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
- Experience in managing travel-related websites or online booking platforms
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle inquiries with flexibility and 24/7 availability when required
- Good computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
