Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Analyst to join our growing software team. You will act as the vital link between our business capacity and our technical capability, helping us design and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flow Diagrams, and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Bridge the Gap: Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development and QA teams.
• Product Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing tasks and maintaining a healthy project pipeline.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate with clients during the UAT phase to ensure the final product aligns with the initial requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the software industry.
• Education: A degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential for client interaction and documentation.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
