Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SFA, ERP, end-user support, IT operations, Windows technologies, and network infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Windows 10/11 operating systems, MS Office 365, printer management, and computer device maintenance.
• Exposure to manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage.
• The ideal candidate should be result-driven, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and have a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the SFA system used by the Sales team, coordinate with the Sales team to understand requirements and resolve system issues.
• Train new sales users on SFA system usage and best practices, coordinate with SFA vendor for enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance and troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to conduct scheduled services and maintenance activities.
• Support the IT team in new project implementations and process improvements.
• Potential candidates should be enthusiastic about adapting to new technologies (with a willingness to be based in Katunayake).
