The Socials by SLW is looking for a Social Media Manager who can balance creativity with strategy and lead projects from idea to execution. If you love content, trends, teamwork, and making brands stand out online, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• • Manage and coordinate employees & client accounts
• • Plan, edit, and review videos and creative artworks
• • Supervise team members and meet deadlines
• • Oversee video & photo shoots
• • Assign tasks and manage workflows
• • Maintain creative quality and brand consistency
• • Communicate with clients on timelines, feedback & revisions
• • Manage content schedules and projects

What we’re looking for:

• • An amazing attitude and strong creative mindset
• • Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects
• • Proficiency in Canva & CapCut
• • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & trends
• • Strong communication, leadership & time-management skills
• • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects

Bonus points if you have:

• • Experience managing a creative or social media team
• • Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok & short-form content
• • Experience handling client-based projects
