Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role requires strong client-servicing capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in digital marketing. You will act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful campaign planning, execution, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and expectations
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing)
• Plan, manage, and monitor digital campaigns to ensure performance targets are met
• Collaborate with creative, media, and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations
• Identify growth opportunities and propose upselling or cross-selling strategies
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in digital account management or client servicing
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Programmatic Advertising (added advantage)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in an agency environment is an advantage
• Sound IT and computer skills
