We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Full Stack Developer (Trainee – Internship) to join our growing team in Athurugiriya. This internship offers university students a valuable opportunity to gain real-world industry exposure , work on live client projects , and develop practical skills in modern web technologies.

As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced developers, designers, and project managers, contributing to both front-end and back-end development while learning industry standards, coding best practices, and teamwork in a professional environment .

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications
• Work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Support back-end development using PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Work with databases such as MySQL
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Support deployment, updates, and basic server-side tasks

Requirements

• University undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP or similar back-end language
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL or similar)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow best practices
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
• Portfolio, GitHub profile, or academic projects will be an added advantage
• Residing in or willing to commute to Athurugiriya
