Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers across all channels.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance through metrics, feedback, and customer surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Train, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align customer service initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer service trends and feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in its customer service offerings.
Requirements
- Academic qualification related to Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 6 or above).
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in inventory handling and showroom management will be a strong advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing customer service improvements and achieving service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
