Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide essential support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive workplace culture while helping to streamline HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in the organization and implementation of employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Help manage employee performance evaluation processes and documentation.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development of HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and employee data.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee data.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Must be residing in Bandaragama or nearby areas
• Valid bike driving license is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role is desirable.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
