We’re Hiring: SEO Manager/ Lead (Onsite - Colombo 03)

If you enjoy owning SEO projects end-to-end and working closely with tech, content, and marketing teams, this role is for you.

You will:

• Lead SEO strategy across multiple projects
• Set clear KPIs and track performance
• Work on On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
• Plan content based on search intent & funnels
• Coordinate with Tech, Design & Content teams
• Use data to find growth opportunities
• Handle competitive and challenging markets

You should have:

• Strong experience in SEO (Senior / Lead level)
• Hands-on knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, and Similarweb
• Good understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console
• Experience handling projects independently
• Clear understanding of user journey & conversions
• Ability to explain SEO simply to non-SEO teams
