Digital Turtles is expanding our technology and innovation capabilities, and we’re looking for a skilled AI Developer to join our team.

You’ll work on building AI-driven tools, automations, and prototypes that power our internal workflows, client solutions, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop AI-powered tools, automations, and internal applications

▪ Build and refine prompts, workflows, and pipelines using modern AI frameworks

▪ Integrate AI models for text, image, or data-based solutions

▪ Create prototypes and mini-apps to support creative, marketing, and operational teams

▪ Optimize AI features for performance, functionality, and usability

▪ Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend new solutions

▪ Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to build practical AI tools

Requirements

▪ Strong understanding of AI development concepts

▪ Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenAI API, Gemini API, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.

▪ Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for AI integrations

▪ Ability to build custom automations + connect APIs using no-code and low-code tools

▪ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

▪ Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions

▪ 3+ years of experience in AI development, automation, or software development
