We’re Hiring: Animator

We are looking for a talented and creative Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through motion and has a strong eye for detail, timing, and visual flow. You will work closely with designers, artists, and developers to create engaging animations that enhance digital, gaming, and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

•⁠ Work closely with designers, artists, and developers to interpret creative briefs and animation requirements

•⁠ Create high quality 2D, 3D animations for characters, environments, UI elements, and visual assets

•⁠ Apply strong animation fundamentals to produce smooth, expressive, and engaging motion

•⁠ Prepare and optimize animation assets for use across digital platforms and campaigns

•⁠ Implement and refine animations based on creative and technical feedback

•⁠ Ensure visual consistency, timing, and quality across all animation outputs

•⁠ Troubleshoot animation related issues and propose effective solutions

Requirements

•⁠ Proficiency in animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Toon Boom, or similar tools is mandatory.

•⁠ Strong understanding of animation principles including timing, spacing, weight, and movement

•⁠ Ability to animate characters, objects, and interfaces with clarity and purpose

•⁠ Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and workflow efficiency

•⁠ Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills

•⁠ Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team

•⁠ Good communication and problem solving abilities

•⁠ A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing 2D, 3D animation work across different styles
