We’re Hiring – Junior Social Media Executive

📍 Colombo, Sri Lanka

Digital Turtles is expanding its creative and digital marketing capabilities, and we’re looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to support content creation, page management, and campaign execution.

This is a great role for someone passionate about social media, who enjoys creating digital content, and wants to grow in a fast-moving creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Assist in planning and executing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms

▪ Write engaging captions and support basic content creation

▪ Manage posting schedules and maintain content calendars

▪ Monitor page performance, gather insights, and assist with reports

▪ Respond to comments, messages, and engage with online communities

▪ Stay updated on platform trends and new content formats

▪ Support the creative and marketing teams during campaigns

Requirements

▪ 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

▪ Strong writing and communication skills in Sinhala and English

▪ Creative mindset with interest in ideation and storytelling

▪ Familiarity with basic content creation and social media tools

▪ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

▪ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
