We’re Hiring: Game Developer

📍 Colombo, Sri Lanka

We are looking for a talented Game Developer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on Unity development for both 2D and 3D games, with exposure to Unreal Engine projects as well.

You will work closely with creative, design, and technical teams to build engaging game experiences for mobile, web, and interactive platforms.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop, maintain, and optimize 2D and 3D games primarily using Unity

•⁠ ⁠⁠Implement core gameplay systems, mechanics, UI, and player interactions

•⁠ ⁠⁠Optimize game performance and stability across mobile and web platforms

•⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and animators to bring concepts to life

•⁠ ⁠⁠Integrate animations, physics, audio, and visual effects into gameplay experiences

•⁠ ⁠⁠Debug issues, enhance existing features, and continuously improve game quality

•⁠ ⁠⁠Support rapid prototyping and experimentation for new game idea

•⁠ ⁠⁠Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Unity, with hands-on experience in building, testing, and optimizing 2D and 3D game projects.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proven experience developing both 2D and 3D games in Unity

•⁠ ⁠⁠Solid understanding of game physics, animation systems, UI, and player interaction

•⁠ ⁠⁠Familiarity with mobile and web game development workflows

•⁠ ⁠⁠Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong problem solving skills with high attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

•⁠ ⁠⁠Passion for games, interactive experiences, and emerging technologies

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in using AI tools to support development, optimization, or workflows

•⁠ ⁠⁠Basic knowledge or exposure to Unreal Engine is an added advantage
