Join our team as a Business Analyst - IT to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of system and process enhancements. You will bridge business needs with IT solutions, contributing to operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making through your analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while adhering to established processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the technical team.
• Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support post implementation.
• Assist in preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Experience in CRM systems. (Added advantage)
• Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, presentation skills and Communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
