ABi Systems is looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilties:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Review code and ensure best practices, quality, and performance standards
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and defect resolution
• Step in to work with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements when necessary.
• Follow and improve software development processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of development experience
• Proven experience in senior or lead engineering roles
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design concepts
• Experience with ORM and Java Enterprise Technologies
• Leadership, mentoring, and code review experience
• Exposure to QA processes and collaboration
