About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing tech team in Sri Lanka. You'll ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications through well-planned testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Perform manual testing (web & mobile), including functional, regression, integration, UAT
• Identify and track defects using JIRA
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams
• Support releases and post-release validation to meet quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• 1-3 years in Software QA (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)
• Knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum
• Experience in manual testing; exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Basic SQL, API testing (Postman/Swagger), and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong analytical skills; ISTQB Foundation is a plus
