WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS ANALYST (TRAINEE)

• Location: Business Centre – Nawala Road, Nugegoda
• Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
• Salary: Attractive trainee allowance

• Gather and document client requirements
• Assist in creating BRD, FRD, workflow diagrams & sprint plans
• Coordinate between developers, QA, and UI/UX teams
• Analyse ERP, POS, warehouse & e-commerce workflows
• Participate in product demos, training sessions & client discussions
• Convert customer issues into clear actionable tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation for all projects

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (must)
• Ability to understand business workflows and system logic
• Fast learner with an interest in ERP, POS & omni-channel systems
• Tamil language skill is an added advantage
• Professional attitude when handling client communications
