We collaborate with companies to provide complete digital marketing and IT solutions. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for motivated interns who are eager to work directly with clients, manage incoming inquiries from the website and phone, and assist in converting them into valuable business opportunities. This is an excellent chance to join a fast-moving team, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong career foundation in digital services sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via Email - Whatsapp and Phone.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools
• Maintain and grow strong business relationships with decision-makers
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Continuously learn about our service offerings (web development, SEO, ads, web solutions) to speak confidently with clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide updates on campaign progress, and address any concerns or questions
• Support lead generation through online research, emails, Facebook, and other platforms

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / IT services is a plus
• Applicants should be based in or able to commute daily to Kandy
