Responsibilities

• Design UI screens in Figma for web apps (dashboards, forms, tables, settings, workflows)
• Create clear user flows and layouts that prioritize usability and clarity
• Build and maintain reusable components and a lightweight design system
• Produce visual assets such as pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, posters, and social creatives
• Prepare dev-ready handoff (responsive behavior, component states, specs, assets)
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and constraints (time, content, dev feasibility)

Required Skills

• Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, styles)
• Excellent typography, spacing, and layout sense (clean hierarchy, readable design)
• Ability to design for real-world product needs (states, edge cases, empty/loading/error)
• Portfolio showing both product UI work and at least some marketing/visual design work
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly (not just “looks good”)

Nice to Have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS products
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (grids, responsiveness, component thinking)
• Experience creating decks that tell a story (structure, narrative, proof, clarity)
• Brand identity skills (simple systems: type scale, color usage, icon style)
• Motion/animation basics (optional)
