Role Overview: As a Project Manager / Scrum Master at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects from inception to successful completion. You will manage project planning, execution, and team dynamics while transforming client requirements into high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager / Scrum Master:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client needs.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, business analysts, and developers to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Proven ability to proactively identify, address, and remove project blockers to maintain smooth progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Measure project performance using relevant tools and metrics, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in project management, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or similar role in IT.
• PMP, Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM), or similar preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and experience in software development environments.
