We are seeking a Software Engineering Intern for a full-time, on-site position based in Kandy. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications while following industry-level development workflow

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack
• • Collaborate with senior developers on feature implementation and bug fixes
• • Write clean, readable, and reusable code
• • Work with REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based environments
• • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• • Research and propose solutions to technical challenges
• • Maintain project documentation and follow development workflows

Required Qualifications

• • Currently an undergraduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
• • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (JavaScript preferred)
• • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• • Experience with Git/GitHub
• • Understanding of Agile development practices
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• • Must be based in Kandy or able to commute
