KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact to diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
  • Client Visits: Visit client sites to provide user supports and ensure smooth system operation. (Not often)
  • Implementation Support: Assits for system training and new implementations.
  • Issue Tracking: Log customer feedback & bugs, forwarding complex technical issues to the development team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Age between 22 - 30 years
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L (Maths stream preferred) and holds a Diploma or HND in IT.
  • Strong working knowledge of database. (MYSQL)
