Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Ask targeted questions to identify the ront cause of issues.
  • Track and resolve system issues within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure all issues are accurately logged.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open support requests.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Maintain positive and professional client relationships.
  • Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat.
  • Use internal databases and external resources to provide accurate solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure full functionality after troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experienon.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech produets.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Abllity to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical lssues.
  • Male and female candidates are weleome to join our team.
  • Willingness to work based on UK timo and roster basis.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and apoken English.
