ABOUT THE ROLE:

IYKONS is seeking a talented Software Engineer with specialized expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our innovation team. This role requires deep technical proficiency in developing, deploying, and optimizing Al/ML solutions that solve complex business problems. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge machine learning models, build scalable Al systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent applications that drive business value.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, Pytorch, or similar frameworks
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment
• Integrate ML models into production systems with RESTful APls and microservices architecture
• Implement data pipelines and work with large datasets using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Deploy and monitor ML models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Stay updated with latest Al/ML trends and evaluate new technologies for business applications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience in Al/ML engineering with proven production deployments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and model optimization
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Contributions to open source ML projects or published research
• Cloud ML certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
