Job Vacancy: Pre-Sales Analyst (Software Solutions)
Job Role
A dynamic, detail-oriented Pre-sales Analyst is required to provide critical support to both the sales and delivery functions. This position is primarily remote; however, occasional in-person attendance will be necessary for key sales presentations, important customer project milestones, and selected internal events.
The Pre-sales Analyst will serve as the principal technical and solutions resource throughout the sales cycle and will subsequently assume the role of primary customer liaison upon project initiation. This position is ideally suited for an individual with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Partner Collaboration: Actively participate in the sales process alongside our key technology partners, representing the company as the solutions expert.
Discovery & Analysis: Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, manual processes (As-Is), and future-state requirements (To-Be).
Proposal Development: Lead the creation of customized, effective proposals and responses to Tenders and RFPs, ensuring our solution is positioned to win.
Presentations & Demos: Deliver powerful product demonstrations and solution presentations to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior-level executives, during the final stages of the sales process (may require in-person attendance).
2. Post-Sales & Stakeholder Management
Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary, customer-facing representative for the company immediately following contract signing.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships and communications with all external stakeholders, including the customer's project team and the partner's account executives.
Project Liaison: Function as the customer-facing project manager, responsible for managing expectations, communicating timelines, and tracking stakeholder responsibilities (e.g., customer deliverables, partner tasks).
Internal "Go-Between": Act as the vital bridge between the customer and our internal technical teams. You will partner closely with the company internal Project Manager (who manages the build schedule, configuration, and customization) to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and the project proceeds smoothly.
Product Ownership: Play the role of a Product Owner for the internal functional team—take full ownership of the assigned feature or product from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
