• Interest or exposure to startups or SaaS environments
• Ability to work on real client and internal projects
• Familiarity with project tools, flowcharts, UX, or SQL (an advantage)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Applicants from the Galle area will be given priority

What You’ll Do

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Support documentation, workflow mapping, and process improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Help transform business needs into actionable insights
