Key Responsibilities

• Provide system support and implementation for software and hardware solutions
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Conduct customer requirement gathering and translate needs into technical solutions
• Assist in deployments, configurations, and system integrations
• Maintain documentation and provide end-user support and guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in system support or system engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience in MS SQL Database, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Added Advantages

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, or cybersecurity
• Familiarity with ERP or enterprise-level systems
