Digital Turtles is growing fast across content, tech, and creative production, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate projects across creative, tech, and marketing teams while ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of client and internal projects
• Coordinate between creative, production, tech, and strategy teams
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and daily workflow tracking
• Communicate clearly with clients, gather requirements, and share project updates
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation (briefs, schedules, reports)
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects running efficiently
• Support the leadership team with operations and process improvements
• Use project management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) to manage workflow

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in project management, operations, or coordination (agency experience is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Ability to understand creative/tech workflows and translate them into actionable tasks
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
