Technical Support Executive (Cloud & Application Support)
0–2 years experience
Rotational Shifts (24×7 including nights & weekends)

We’ve got the perfect role for you!
Join our Cloud Operations & Customer Support team and get hands-on experience with real production systems from Day 1:
- AWS EC2 (Linux), S3, Route 53, VPC, VPN
- Apache 2.4 web server
- Java 17/21, Node.js, React.js applications
- MySQL 8, MongoDB, Redis
- Log analysis, basic shell scripting, health checks & quick fixes
What we need from you:
- Strong learning attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Good understanding of Linux basics (freshers who practiced on personal AWS free-tier / local VMs are most welcome)
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java/Node.js/Python)
- Excellent communication & customer-first approach
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (we provide shift allowances)
Freshers will go through a structured 3 month paid training program – no prior production experience required!
