Sans Technologies Pvt Ltd is building a next-generation CRM platform, and we’re looking for a CRM Domain Knowledge Expert to guide and collaborate with our development team.

If you have deep expertise in CRM processes and strong technical understanding, we want to hear from you!

Who We’re Looking For

A professional with strong knowledge in:

• CRM workflows (sales pipelines, lead management, customer lifecycle, support, onboarding)
• CRM analytics & reporting
• Customer segmentation & engagement strategies
• Best practices from tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.
• Requirement gathering + converting business needs into usable product features
• Ability to work closely with developers and drive product roadmap
• Understanding of modern SaaS platforms and integrations (APIs, automations, webhooks)

Role Overview

• Act as the domain expert for our new CRM platform
• Work directly with the founders & development team
• Define features, workflows, and best-practice guidelines
• Review and validate product versions as we build
• Ensure the final CRM tool aligns with global standards and practical real-world usage

Ideal Background

• Experience working with CRM tools (implementation, consulting, admin roles, etc.)
• Prior SaaS or product development exposure is a bonus
• Strong communication & documentation skills
