YOUR ROLE

• Collaborate with internal business units to clearly understand and analyze business processes, user needs, and functional requirements
• Document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation with clarity and ассuгасу.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Participate in ERP implementation lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency across the group.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
• Exposure to ERP systems (c.g., SAP,IFS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
