We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our IT department. This internship provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in network management, and supporting end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to internal users via email, phone, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices. • Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff. • Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records.

• Support IT projects, upgrades, and deployments as required. • Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security standards.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
