We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – Business Development (Modern Trade Sales) to join our team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with modern trade partners, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategies.

Negotiate and manage channel partner contracts and agreements.

Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and sales growth including new listing of products & SKUs.

Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Fully or partially qualified in Sales and Marketing .

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Modern Trade Channel .
