MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Technical Service & Operations QA Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical hardware/software.
  • Ensure technical service teams follow proper protocols and resolve escalated issues.
  • Oversee service quality for kiosks, POS systems, and other devices post-repair.
  • Drive compliance and quality assurance processes through regular audits and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with dealers and partners to ensure seamless service operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, service QA, or operations monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience working with service teams, partners, and/or vendors is a plus.
