Project Manager Intern

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple ongoing projects. The intern will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing, HR, design, etc.) to track project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including task sheets, schedules, meeting notes, and reports.
- Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
- Participate in project meetings and help create agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Identify potential risks and report them to the project lead for corrective action.
- Support quality checks to ensure project outcomes meet company standards.
- Assist with resource allocation and ensure smooth communication among team members.
- Provide administrative support as needed for project-related tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Business Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
