We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator – Online Sales to support customers, manage online orders, and assist in driving sales across our digital platforms.

This role combines customer service, sales coordination, and online order management, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.

location : Kottawa / Piliyandala

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, Social Media
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, offers, and placing orders online
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Manage online orders, returns, cancellations, and refund requests
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery updates
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales and customer reports
• Share promotions, offers, and new arrivals with customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat sales
• Provide feedback to marketing and management based on customer insights

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English + Sinhala)
• Experience in online sales or customer support preferred
• Basic computer and internet handling skills
• Ability to multitask and deal with customer escalations
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• Organized, responsible, and quick learner
