ROLE DESCRIPTION

• This is a full-time on-site internship/trainee role for an IT intern/trainee located in Colombo District.
• The IT Intern/Trainee will assist the IT team in maintaining IT infrastructure, providing basic technical support, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• The role involves supporting network and server operations, assisting with IT projects, and learning to implement IT policies and security measures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and standard software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior internship or practical IT experience will be an added advantage
